We will match the price when you find the same item at a lower price in a Norwegian online store. The price guarantee applies to the same size, color and model. The item must be brand new and available for sale at competitors.

The price guarantee applies when you find the same item at a lower price at a Norwegian online store that sells brand new products. We do not match prices from outlet sites, final sales, bankruptcy estates, private sellers or foreign online stores. We compare ourselves with players who follow the same rules and guarantees as we do, so that the price match is fair and safe.
🎉 We match promotions with some exceptions
We match promotional prices as long as the item is in stock at the competitor. However, the price guarantee does not apply when the price comes from final sales, stock clearance, membership clubs, short-term limited offers or other types of sales where the item is sold out. Here, we only match prices on brand new items in regular sale.
📸 Easy to document
Send us a screenshot showing the product in the same color and size, the price, date and online store, and preferably a link. Screenshots are important because prices can change quickly.
🎁 You get back in Guttelus points
We pay out the price difference in Guttelus points so you get your money back quickly and can use it right away. One point equals one krone, so you get the full value back , just a little easier and a little faster.

The price guarantee applies to brand new items in the same size and color. It does not include discount codes from competitors or obvious incorrect prices.
🔁 We also match our own price
If the price drops 7 days after you make a purchase with us, you will receive the difference in Guttelus points. This applies to the same product, size and color. For seasonal items such as winter suits, summer clothes and Christmas collections, the price guarantee may be limited when the season is over, as prices are often permanently reduced.
